In the ORF television film, Alexander played the role of Antonio Corsaro. "Herzensfeinde" was directed by Prof. Peter Weck.

Alongside Peter Weck, Friedrich von Thun and Susanne Uhlen were participating actors. Parallel to the filming, Alexander was on stage as Magaldi in the EVITA musical on the Wörtherseebühne in Klagenfurt, Germany.
